Title: Really Nice, Don’t listen to the bad reviews.
Review: Hoover wind tunnel 3, Max Pet has most all of the features I wanted in an upright vacuum. The most important features were: one that would fluff up the carpet, and was heavy enough it would stay in place when using the hose. A bagless that was easy to take apart and put back together. And a big enough dust bin that I didn’t have to empty it after vacuuming every room. This one has 12 amps that gives it plenty of power and the suction doesn’t diminish as the dirt tank fills up. It’s got a pedal to turn off the roller/beater bar, so it will vacuum hard floors without spitting dust around the floor. I wanted to mention that it DIDN’T suck itself to the floor like a couple of reviews says it does. There is a dial to adjust the height. The 30 ft cord is the longest cord I’ve ever had on a vacuum. It’s bagless with a large bin. 1.5 liter. Not the biggest bin Hoover makes. But the biggest one I could find with the roller/beater bar control pedal. We have 2 hairy dogs, I vacuumed 4 large rooms and still had room for more dirt. It’s fairly easy to push, for what it is. It’s a monster vacuum weighing 18lbs. Great news, it rolls easier than I expected it would. Again, it has adjustable height, so when it seemed hard to push, I raised it up one notch. There’s a 15’ hose. With an extendable wand that disappointingly isn’t quite long enough to use on the floor without bending over. But, I’m using a longer wand from another vacuum. So, It’s not a deal breaker for me. The clear plastic does show all the dirt though. Someone like me, going from a bagged version to a bagless version might not be used to seeing all the dirt and dog hair flying around. Although it was something we were all watching at first. There’s no bags to buy but the trade off is washing the dust bin. It’s got a hepa and charcoal filter, that cannot be washed, but they don’t need replaced very often according to the directions. And it’s got a washable dirt filter that’s a flat sponge like thing. So it will be easy to wash, but It wasn’t dirty at all, so I didn’t have to wash it this time. The reviews said it was too loud? It sounds normal to me. Yes, it’s noisy, but not as loud as I thought it was going to be. The reviews said it’s hard to push the release pedal. But this one is so easy I was using it barefoot. The reviews said it was hard to take apart. But this is the easiest vacuum to take apart. A couple of reviews said they received s different model, so I double checked on the box before opening. I received exactly what I ordered. I believe the reviews must have been for a different vacuum even though they were shown under this model.

Review: I loved few things as much as I loved my Max Performance Pet vacuum from Hoover. what a workhorse, and after 3-4 years, still has the suction of a hull breach in deep space. but Monday, it randomly shut off mid-clean, and remained dead.as amazing as my vacuum was, I wanted to replace it with the same model. Hoover has, unfortunately, made some….. “upgrades” to the model.first and foremost, you can no longer turn off the brush roller. I kind of hate that, because when you go over non-carpet floors, the roller has a tendency to spit particulate matter out behind the vacuum. I took a star off for that.secondly… reduced mumber of height positions. more variability is always desirable, but this change wasn’t impactful enough to cost it a start.but lastly… it is, sadly, not as strong as before. my old vacuum has such powerful suction that on its lowest bare floor position, it would become almost difficult to move. (maybe the always-on roller is affecting this) no such issue with this update. I genuinely feel like I’ve lost 20% of the cleaning power, which is disappointing, as my old vacuum deep cleaned my hall runners to the point they looked brand new. while I was able to get them satisfactorily clean, it did take a few more passes. not a deal breaker — so far — but I won’t be able to make a full assessment until one of my cats graciously provides me with some dried vomit.so in summation: Hoover has unfortunately away with some of the nice features of the older version, and suction is not quite as powerful as before. however, if you haven’t owned an older version, you won’t know to miss these features. still a solid choice, with enough suction to adequately clean up after the hair and dust generated by three cats (vomit performance, pending). can’t bring myself to give it 5 stars though, just because the older version was *so amazing*, and I do feel let down.HOOVER: IF IT AIN’T BROKE, DON’T FIX IT!!! ð

Review: So, the FIRST Hoover Windtunnel 3 Max Performance Pet vac arrived with a defect where the canister did NOT seal up to the line with the rubber grommet… after checking Reddit real quick others have complained of the same issue. It doesn’t allow for ANY SUCTION at all since its a open gap of air.Amazon quickly sent out a replacement.The replacement arrived and had no issues at the time.With that said:July 21st, 1st Vacuum orderedJuly 23rd, 1st Vacuum arrived, defective and immediately contacted AmazonJuly 23rd, Replacement was ordered.July 25th Replacement arrived.July 31st, Vacuum power cord failed.This Vacuum Cord slipped out of the underneath of the vacuum rendering it useless while vacuuming. Its important to note that the cord itself was NOT stretched or at its limit… there was slack, it just slid right out of the lower portion of the machine itself and it (obviously) powered down.Also note there is some wierd plastic ring inside the canister that stores what you vacuum up, every time you emptied the canister, the ring would fall out, there was NO WAY to ever get it to lock in place and also appeared to be useless, the last two times we tried using the vacuum, we didn’t even bother with the ring and it didn’t even matter.Hoover is just simply JUNK now a days.Because this is the second return, Amazon’s return policy is not as seemless as the first time so we are looking at a good 3 days before the actual refund arrives and THEN order a new vacuum AGAIN.NO MORE HOOVER PRODUCTS ANYMORE.FYI we never even got to use the 3yr protection plan we bought and that refund is handled separately and slower.

Review: Tenemos 18 gatos rescatados y la aspiradora anterior había muerto por uso, tenía mis dudas sobre si esta podría con todo el pelo que sueltan y debo decir que limpia excelente, retira todo el pelo de las camitas, tapetes y muebles (el cual es difícil de sacar) y tiene muy buena fuerza de succión (incluso llega a adherirse al piso).Sin embargo, es muy ruidosa y algo pesada lo cual dificulta moverla entre los pisos de la casa pero vale la pena por lo bien que funciona.Lo único que no me gustó es que el agarre del depósito (la pinza con la que se engancha al mango de la aspiradora) se safa con facilidad, pero no es como que se vaya a caer o algo mientras la usas, solo que si por error la agarras para moverla te vas a quedar con el depósito en la mano.No tiene cable retráctil para que lo consideren.

Review: Si que el contenedor tiene solamente un pequeño ganchillo para sostenerse, sin embargo eso tiene solución haciendo presión hacia dentro y listo. Que se me apago la primera vez que la use SI, eso pasó sin embargo la seguiré usando para entrar en garantía. Y por último creo que le hacen falta más herramientas para limpiar, como otros modelos de Hoover los trae. Excelente succión pero el sonido es fuerte, a eso yo no le veo problema.
