I accidentally lost a base mounting plate. (my fault) Moen sent me a replacement no charge! The faucet works extremely well and looks great too. Moen is a good product!

Review: This model of Moen faucet looks good, works well, and installation was straightforward. Pressure, flow, and spray pattern are quite nice, too.The only things that surprise me in a bad way are: 1) the connection between the gooseneck and the base, which has a pronounced wobble. It doesnât impact function as far as I can tell, but it does make the build quality seem lower than expected. And 2) I canât figure out why the spray headâs case isnât made of the same metal as the rest of the faucet. It feels…less substantial than it should. The only thing I can think of is that it might be too heavy for the counterweight? Maybe.
