Title: The product is defective when it arrived
Review: The product is defective when it arrived. The upper part of the faucet could not hold up the pressure of the water and slipped out of the base. The product looks solid but the quality control should be much better. I hate to install the base then I have to take the whole thing out to return.

Title: Gorgeous, lack quality
Review: I purchased this for my minor kitchen remodel. After about 2 years the sprayer function died (I learned this is a common complaint). Axor refused to warranty it even though the faucet had a lifetime warranty because I purchased it from Amazon and not one of their authorized dealers (ironically, the seller on Amazon is one of their licensed distributors, but because the sale went through Amazon they wouldn’t cover it). On top of this, the replacement sprayer head is $252, but the problem is they no longer make the color that matches my faucet. I expected more and especially from a faucet that has a list price of nearly $1,500.
