Review: I love the size of the fryer. It is 8 qts. with window to see how your food is cooking.This has been great for me because I am on oxygen and am not able to cook on my gas stove any longer. If I could just find a good recipe for scrambled eggs I would be extremely happy.Had a question about the air fryer contacted Kitchen Elite and their customer service is terrific. Would definitely recommend this product.

Title: Poorly made and poor initial customer service experience

Review: The drawer of the air fryer is poorly made. You need to yank on the handle to get it out. Having owned other air fryers without an issue like this I figured it was a defect and requested a replacement from Amazon. When it arrived the same issue happened. Maybe this isn’t a big deal for others but when I’m paying $90 for an item I want the quality to reflect that.This time I contacted the seller directly to notify them of the issue. They said they were aware of the manufacturing issue and could send a new one. A few days later they emailed again saying they no longer had the model I ordered in stock (8 qt model with the window) and could send me a different one without a window. Then the answer changed again a couple of days later and they had an 8.5 qt with a window they would send.When it arrived it had the same issue with the drawer (even worse on this one) and the air fryer basket was smaller despite being an 8.5qt. The original 8qt I ordered is on the left and the 8.5qt with smaller basket is on the right.Again I contacted the seller and this time, I was told the manufacturer said this is normal and not a defect as originally said. Then I was told, “You are the only customer who has had an issue. No other customer brought this problem up.” as if that’s supposed to excuse everything.Mind you this is over the course of 3 weeks. Slow to communicate and contradicting answers makes for a very unpleasant customer service experience.It was a lot of back and forth with no resolve. Had they initially said this was a normal feature, I could’ve returned it weeks ago, saved everyone time, and purchased from a different brand.EDIT: After this review was left, someone from the customer service team reached out to provide a full refund so two stars were added.
