Title: Very Strong… TOO STRONG
Review: Works great nice and quiet, however it’s way too strong even on the lowest setting, my tank is 5′ long 120gal and i cannot use this. It should be marketed for 220+ gal tanks.

Title: Small, quiet and powerful
Review: Excellent wave maker so far. Set up on a 180 and I am not sure if I need another. Great functions such as feed mode and the light sensor that reduces the speed to minimal at night. Highly recommended. Not paid for this review or received this free.

Title: Functional but ugly… with a weak magnet.
Review: This adds some much needed flow to my reef tank for a small price but its’ blue color is so ugly & the magnet is too weak for my red sea reefer 350. I had to use an extra tunze magnet I had laying around. I’m not sure if I’m going to keep this powerhead long term because of the color. It distracts from the beauty of a reef tank. The vibrancy of the blue under led lights is literally the most vibrant thing in my tank now. I want my eyes to be pulled into the beauty of the aquascape, coral & fish. It’s so distracting & is MORE vibrant in person compared to the photo attached. I’m probably going to return this if I can’t find a black cover for this.

Title: Not bad for what you paid for/ UPDATE!! / new Update!!!
Review: Descent water movement, little louder than I had hoped. The changes in modes are really not that dramatic. If you gonna do it, get 2. UPDATE: I have been running this pump for about 3 weeks. The tank is extremely clean as it has only been set up for this period of time and has only been running during a fishless cycle (no fish, food or waste). Pump quit working. While troubleshooting the pump I was able to get it to come back on but would only run during constant flow setting. Anytime I changed the setting it would briefly operate and stop. Item is past the return timeframe from Amazon so now I have to spend time getting this thing remedied. Not what I needed. I rolled a 7 on this one, beware. I have had this thing set up for about a year now, not reliable at all. hasn’t operated half the time. After it sitting in the tank unoperational for about 3 months I decided to go ahead and get it in the trash, once out of the tank I decided to take it apart and see whats what, I found that it grinds inside itself to a stop. I busted out a sanding tool and sanded down the surfaces between the case and the propeller and it has kind of worked… It still stops running and I have to restart it. Hey, it made 3 days this time!! POS, don’t do this thing.

Title: Great powerhead for the price
Review: I purchased two of these for my 75 gallon reef tank and setup was easy. The two powerheads connected together wirelessly and ran great. After about a week one of them developed a very bad vibration that would stop for a day or two with a very very thorough cleaning. I contacted the company and they helped troubleshoot the problem eventually simply replacing the entire unit. Great customer support. I’d recommend this to anyone.
