Title: Sits higher than original
Review: This blender replacement blade sits higher in the base than the original causing the blender to stop when using the blend or ultra-blend modes. I have to put some pressure on the top of the blender and hold while the blender completes it blend time. I have now owned this for about two months and it seems that the replacement blade is starting to fit somewhat better because I am not having to re-start the blender while putting pressure on top. Overall the replacement blade is more than adequate for the task it was built to perform. Something I found that may help if your blender does not stay seated and starts walking around the counter while blending try putting a dish cloth under the front right corner of the base. I accidentally left a dish cloth slightly under the base and noticed it didn’t go walking and now put the dish cloth under during each use.

Review: Although it is not the original part, the quality of the plastic, the blades and overall performance is equal to the original product. When I was looking to replace the blade assembly from the original manufacturer, the cost from their website is almost half of the original price I paid for the whole blender. I recommend this aftermarket part because of its high quality and price.
