Title: Don’t remove the tag! It was a life saver.
Review: Value for the money. It was offered used but in new condition. Bought it to replace the original spray head that went bad. The head scratcher was not knowing the measurement size of the spray head threaded male side attachment to connect to the pull down hose that comes out of the spout. But after crawling around underneath the kitchen sink, I found the manufacturer’s “do not remove tag” attached to the supply line and was able to order the correct part using the information printed on the ID tag. It was a perfect fit and color match for the American Standard 4005SSF Fairbury Kitchen Faucet. Also, next day delivery offered by seller was a huge plus.

Review: So far, this new faucet head is great! My old one was working but, after several years, the black coating on the bottom of the spray head started coming off in chunks. Yuk! And the material underneath was rusty. Since the rest of the faucet was working just fine, I checked into replacing the faucet head. Of course, Amazon had it and for a very reasonable price. The replacement was a breeze to replace; just unscrewed the old and screwed in the new one. It looks just like the original part and so far, it works perfectly.

Review: Unfortunately, I have to return it as it doesn’t fit. I have an American Standard but can’t find any information anywhere about the thread size. I just hoped they would all be the same 🙁 I don’t really know what M16 X1 (5/8″) means, and I couldn’t find any information about this for my current kitchen faucet – not in the product manual it came with, nor on their web site. Too bad…..now I have to go through this whole process again.
