Title: Beautiful, Great quality, powerful spray, magnetic docking feature
Review: Absolutely love this Faucet! It’s a beautiful Champagne color, not gold! It works perfectly as described. Touch on and off! Perfect for messy hands, just tap on to clean. There is a small light at the base that turns blue when the water is cold, purple when warm and red when hot so you always know the temperature of the water even if you can’t feel it right away. The sprayer is smaller but very powerful and has a great magnetic docking feature! Our plumber installed with no problem. This does have 6 AA batteries that power the touch feature. If it stops working check those first! I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend.

Title: Best item in my new kitchen!
Review: We first saw a “touch” faucet at a friends house when they were just released in the market. We immediately loved the concept and decided to get a touch faucet for our new kitchen remodel. This faucet is big! It is very tall and solid. It is also very slick and the stainles is beautiful. Of course it will take a while to get used to it since you pretty much setup the flow and temperature once then just tap on and off. A blue light indicates when is on or off. The unit works with a battery pack (if you are curious how it works). The installation is not too complicated, you can do it yourself IF you already have some knowledge of installing faucets. Love it, love it, love it. I understand the frustration from some people. The faucet can start acting up if you have a lot of stuff under the sink and stuff touches it and moves the battery pack, especially metal. I also know when it starts working erratically I need to change batteries. I still love the faucet and makes my life so much easier when my hands are dirty while cooking. I would buy it again, it is not cheap but worth the money.

Title: Takes getting used to but very happy
Review: I actually ordered the touch one by mistake. Our plumber already installed it when I realized it and I figured I’d give it a try. I didn’t think I wanted to deal with the touch feature but I am so glad I got this one! It’s so convenient and works great. You know when your hands are all messy and you have to turn on the faucet and the mess gets everywhere? This is a game changer. A little tap and it’s on, a little tap it’s off. I never knew I needed this but now I am so happy I have it. It is a little pricey and takes a bit of time to get used to, but seems sturdy and a timeless look.

Title: A colossal waste of money
Review: What a mistake. This faucet fails in every way. The finish is cheap. It shows every water stain or spot. You can buy $25 faucets that have better finishes than this one. The way it mounts is awkward and doesn’t clamp tight to the counter. It was a major pain to get it installed and it’s always been loose. It feels flimsy and floppy, like the spout is only loosely hanging on. Because of that, the spout likes to wander, especially when it’s running. As for the touch feature, it’s poorly implemented. Having the handle be touch sensitive is stupid and gives you no way to precisely control the water. Half the time you have to play a game of tag tapping it repeatedly to get water. Other times you end up with water all over your short sleeve. It’s a good idea perhaps, but the way Delta designed it sucks. And the Alexa integration? Well, it’s not worth $20. Again, a cool idea implemented very badly. I thought it would be a matter of saying “Alexa, dispense 1 cup of water.” But no. First, the handle has to be on, prepped and ready for your shirt sleeves when you reach into the sink, then you have to say, “Alexa, ask Delta to dispense 1 cup of water.” Fractions often get the response “I can’t dispense that amount.” That’s for .5 cups. Great. Other times It can’t even handle basic math. It’s buggy. This is a $20 faucet and it represents everything that wrong with American companies. Instead of making a quality product, they make a crap product, add a little software as a gimmick, sell it for an outrageous markup and advertise the hell out of it. It’s going in the garbage. Goodbye Delta.

Review: After much deliberation I bought this for our laundry room Reno – I have the “auto-touch” one in my kitchen and the mini version for the bar sink. For a laundry room faucet it’s high arch will allow me to fit large buckets and other bulky items under it, while having a convenient all-in-one spray arm with a sold lock toggle switch. Faucet is high quality and the Arctic stainless is beautiful, and I couldn’t find another brand or model that was comparable in quality and price, Our kitchen faucet has already flawlessly outlasted (7 years now) the previous Franke faucet (4.5 years) so I anticipate this new one will also give me excellent service in the laundry room.
