Title: Works better than any of my other cordless
Review: I have 3 medium size dogs that have full access to the house so my vacuums must perform perfectly. Along with my corded Kirby, I also have four different cordless stick vacuums, a broken Dyson, a Shark, Tineco, and this LG. This is actually my second identical LG. The first one I bought last November then returned it because I thought I paid too much for it. So I bought the cordless CX Pro magic tower for half the cost. It’s another auto cleaning vacuum. What a mistake. So I ordered this LG again. Everything about it is outstanding. I can feel the top quality as I run it. How it grabs the carpet as I vacuum. The amount of dog hair it picks up is unquestionable the best and the hair is inside the bin and not around the wheels or roller. To rank all the cordless vacuums I use, the best is this LG with no question. Next is the Shark, the rest are close to even. Pro magic, the Dyson then last is the Tineco. The Dyson and Tineco are just not strong enough and need constant cleaning. They don’t have the ump to get the job done There are a lot of die-hard fans of Dyson. I use to be one of them. After two Tyson stick vacuums and the corded Dyson ball animal, I’ve had so many problems with Dyson and their service, I’m done with them. I like the design of the shark and how it picks up hair but I have to remove the rollers too often. The LG is pretty much maintenance free except for a good cleaning once every week or two. (For me) my wife don’t like to get her hands dirty so she always brings me the vacuums when they need emptying. Not with the LG. The auto emptying in the pro magic did not work half the time. I made three short video of me vacuuming the same floor using all three vacuums one after the other. First is the Tineco, then the Shark and lastly the LG. I couldn’t believe how much more hair and dirt the LG picked up after the other two. Watch and see. I made the videos short so you don’t have to spend too much time watching me clean one room. These are actual videos, I am not being endorsed by LG (although I wish I was.) hint, hint. Well, I am unable to upload more than one video so I’ll just show the last one. The LG with how much stuff it picked up after the other two. The extra battery is a plus. I just change them back and forth even though it has never went low. The built-in attachment holder is very nice and hides the attachments so well, I didn’t know it was there for the first two days. It also has WiFi so it can tell you if something is wrong. If you can afford an expensive vacuum, this is for you.

Title: Great vacuum, but base broke after less than 4 months
Review: Vacuum itself is great – battery life could certainly be improved but at least there’s always a backup. It’s so easy to use that I vacuum my house way more than I did before I got it. However, the base station stopped emptying the vacuum after less than 4 months. There’s a small actuator that is supposed to open the bin door, and that no longer locks in place. Instead, the entire vacuum gets locked into the base station and you can’t get it out unless you power cycle the station. LG support has so far refused to repair or replace it – despite it being well within warranty. Stay away – stick with Dyson, and hope that they come out with a self-emptying station of their own.

Title: I really liked it, but…
Review: I really liked it, but the base of the tower was cracked, and I had to send it back! I tried everything except the wet mop. I really didn’t expect to get much up, because I vacuumed last week (only 2 clean freaks in the house). Much to my surprise, it pulled up a lot of stuff! It was easy to unpack. The tower houses all the tools. The cleaning function worked great. It emptied all the dirt. I read all the instructions, which I think is important for running it at its best. I’ll be ordering a new one. My only negatives are that the vacuum heads seem cheaply made for the money. The plastic seems like it will break easily. The battery does run down quickly on power modes, and it did start feeling heavy by the time I was done vacuuming 3600 Sq Ft.

Title: Expensive but with value – little update
Review: We have gone through all kinds of vacuums, corded, cordless, and robot. Still have a corded Dyson for deep, heavy cleaning. Went through the latest Dyson V11, nice machine but connections on the stick were weak, started breaking. Went to the new Shark, nice but loud. Worked well, a bit heavy. Saw a commercial for this LG and checked it out. After all their TV and oven we have are exceptional. Turns out the vacuum is pretty nifty too. Yeah, expensive, but the technology and abilities make it worth it. It has two batteries, so use time is extended a long time. It is very lightweight, surprisingly so. The suction is strong, no problem picking up bird seed, popcorn, and other normal carpet detritus. No switch to push between carpet and flooring. The fringe on the carpet has not (yet) gotten caught up, even after pushing it up more than halfway. That actually straightens out the fringe. Easy to lift over because of the lack of weight. So far haven’t needed to use the compact button, would take a lot of vacuuming to fill it up enough. Really nice to just stick it in the stand and have the dirt get automatically sucked out and into a bag. Simple to put together, just put on the non-skid tape, set the unit on the base, plug it in, attach accessories. Just wish there was some storage for the floor mops. Ended up velcroing the bag on the back of the stand. Also need a place to stick extra bags so I don’t forget where they are. Yep, really big complaints there. We believe this was well worth the cost. Little update concerning fringe. Purposely ran over the fringe numerous times from both sides. Was cringing, expecting screaming noise and stoppage from jamming. Nope, cringing unnecessarily, nothing happened. The fringe got sucked in, could see it kind of flapping on top of the brush, but no loud noise and no stopping or even slowing. Gee, impressed even more.

Review: We have used and loved out original stick vacuum from the “other guys” but noticed it expelled fine dust from the exhaust. This vacuum’s filters are a noticeable upgrade. The self-emptying works amazingly well. The unexpected treat for us was it runs a lot quieter than our previous “D” brand stick vac.

Review: Bought in October 2022 the LG CordZero Auto Empty Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner Wet Mop All in One Tower right here on Amazon Canada. Everything works great, however when it comes to registering the unit with LG Canada for the warranty, they will decline to register it, because it is not a purchased Canadian Unit. I was not aware this unit was a US model only. I spoke with a customer service rep, and he was not able to do anything for me. Apparently, this unit was shipped from the US. Now I don’t know what to do if God forbid, I need service.

Review: I was misled by picture 3. The picture is a floor sucker, but after receiving it, I found that there was no such sucker. The merchant shall clearly mark the number and type of suction head. Originally I was full of expectation for this vacuum cleaner, but I was very disappointed. I had to pay the freight for the return. I believe I will not buy any LG products in the future.

Review: Love this vacuum …unfortunately we are unable to find replacement dust bags anywhere …therefore rendering the unit unusable …. so it is virtually an expensive piece of junk sitting in our living room!!!!!
