Title: Robot works but not app * edited
Review: The seller did contact me and helped me address the issue of connecting the robot to the app. It was an easy fix. The pamphlet was saying hold the button on the base and there was no button in base. Seller messaged me and had me press the pause and power button for 3 seconds and it reset the machine and after several trys I was able to connect the robot. Now that I have the app I can program it to clean one room, many rooms or mop a single room and what amount of water to use or what strength of suction I want. I can split a room if I only want half a room done or I can schedule what time I want the room cleaned: when I’m in bed or when I’m out of the house.Even if I vacuumed with a regular vacuum, this machine gets in places a regular vacuum doesn’t get and I am always amazed at how much dirt it picks up.Even though it wasn’t connected to the app it still stored my cleaning hours and my house map.I am now a happy owner of a cleaning robot First I want to say that the robot works well. It has a long battery and even after I vacuumed with my regular vacuum I picked up a lot of dirt because this robot goes into more places and my regular vacuuming does not. It’s easy to clean. I do wish it came with more brushes because they tend to wear out, I use the mop feature. It also works well, OK not great. It doesn’t put down a lot of water which is good for hardwood floor, but it also doesn’t mop up every single little stain, for lack of a better word. It’s almost like a dry mop, but it is picking up dust off the floor. My problem is if I want it just do one specific area of the house and I want to map it out like just the bedroom right for instance , It has to reset every time because I cannot pull the app up. It asks me to push a button on the base there is no button on the base. I’ve tried several times Trying to connect it to a hotspot. It just does not show up. I tried to get a hold of the company but right now the item is unavailable and therefore so is the seller. t I am hoping the seller will read this and get a hold of me and I can change my review once I get the app up and running if indeed it will and the app and the robot work well together. But I see another reviewer was able to connect, so I’m hoping I can also do I can program which areas I want cleaned. It’s a simple set up not itself. You must empty it.

Title: Works well
Review: Does well to keep daily maintenance up, but doesn’t get anything very big, as I would expect to an extent. I have all hard floors and with 4 dogs I had to sweep daily, so this has made life a lot easier. It’s very noticeable how little hair and dust is on the floor compared to how it would be every night before. All I have to do now is sweep before I mop once a week. Saves a ton of time and I haven’t had any connection issues or scheduling issues with the app.

Title: Great Mapping and Automation
Review: This vacuum is really easy to use as its mapping function is smooth. The machine both vaccuums and mops which makes it a great time saver that does it in 1 machine. The overall design is very modern and sleek. Battery life is good and can cover my entire downstairs no problem, which is about 1500 sqft.Great quality and function for the value! No complaints whatsoever with use so far.

Title: The house will be cleaner in no time
Review: Really easy to assemble, download, and connect to the app. Try to clean up the floor to include as least obstacles as possible. At first I thought it was a little strange, it seemed to have troubling going on the carpet and kitchen mats. It got stuck in those areas (all carpets/rugs/mats). Then as it went around the house it seemed to handle them a little better. It is loud, but not as loud as a regular vacuum. It sounds like a blow dryer for hair. Best to set it in the middle of the day vs the morning or night for us.On its first run it did what seems like a perimeter of the first floor and missed two areas (A hallway and a corner that leads to the stairs). After the perimeter, it went up and down it rows or zig zags for a more thorough clean. As it cleaned I watched the map fill in. Eventually it went to the hallway and the stair area. It was so satisfying to watch it fill in the map and go to each area. It after doing its rounds and fill in of the map it went from 99% charged to 45%. It sent itself back to the charging dock when it was done.Within the app I was able to combine the red yellow and green areas to represent one floor, the main areas. The timer is backwards so 1:00 will turn on in the afternoon and 13:00 will turn on in the morning.Pretty proud of its work.

Title: I LOVE THIS
Review: It’s only been one day, but I absolutely love this little robot vacuum. It was the perfect time for me to upgrade because mine recently bit the dust. This is my first robot vacuum with an app and I’m loving the experience so far . it’s also my first robot vacuum with mopping features which I really love. One little pro tip I would provide for people with more open floor plans is the mapping feature that this robot uses to get a feel for the layout of your house uses spaces to determine doorways. My entire downstairs is pretty open, but I have spaces that I want different cleaning options for, for example, a couple spaces have rugs that I don’t want the mopping feature to be used on. I set up some boxes and objects to fill space to make a faux doorway-size opening so that I could separate out the portions of my house and assign mopping or vacuum only to those spaces. Photos attached for clarity. Overall I LOVE this thing and its totally worth the price.

Title: Similar to our old Shark
Review: For the price, it’s just ok. We gave up on the app because it was so finicky. But now that we have 3 dogs its just to much for this to keep up with and we usually just manually clean the floors. We also have an older home with floor vents that this thing is always getting stuck on. This just wasn’t for us.

Title: Works great
Review: Although the machine connected great initially, it does not support 5GHz. Eventually it would not let me connect it again. What a bummer, really liked how it worked and the mapping feature was great.
