Title: The best purchase

Review: I’ve tried several wet dry vacuums before, but this one is so far my favorite. It got impressive suction power that makes cleaning up both wet and dry messes a breeze, especially if you have fur babies at home. It can also gets under the furnitures and reach those tricky spots without leaving dead zones. I cannot believe how dirty it is under my couch. And most importantly, no water marks when it dries! It’s very flexible and easy to use around tight spaces, also lighter in weight compared with other vacuums, so if you have to carry it upstairs it wouldn’t be a problem. Super user friendly and easy to clean, I love the hot water self-cleaning option. This is a great option for your home spotless with minimal effort.

Title: Very nice hard floor cleaner/vacuum

Review: First of all, I love the all white design of the Roborock flexi pro. It’s a very easy to use vacuum and floor cleaner once the setup is all set in the app. I used to own a Dyson vacuum, but the sound is really loud and it did not do a great job on the suction especially on the hard surfaces. I was really impressed with Roborock’s suction, it was able to pick up all the debris in my house. The sound is not very loud when cleaning the floor but for self cleaning it’s a little loud but only for a few minutes. The machine it’s not very heavy when cleaning compared to the Dyson, it has a very nice handle that makes the cleaning process easier. I also like the idea of the self drying on the roller. I do have a small house, so the battery life it’s enough for myself. Overall, I do recommend this product to whoever wants to try the hard floor cleaner and vacuum cleaner.

Title: Great machine overall

Review: Was looking for something to mop my hard floors effectively. I do have a Roborock S7 and feel like a more powerful mopping capability is needed. Something from the same brand came to mind so that I can easily manage both devices using one mobile app, and this one turned out to be a great complement. It’s not overly heavy, and once it’s powered on, it gets easier to move around with the motorized wheels. The cleaning power is quite strong with three different modes to select from based on the level of cleaning needed. The self-cleaning and drying function is a nice addition, but be aware that it does take a while to complete the whole process. The noise level is acceptable. The flat design does make it easier to get under furnitures. Overall a great product as expected, making mopping an ease.

Review: I have been using the roborock flexi pro and I recommend you get a bissell or Tineco over it. For this price you will MUCH happier with anyThe tanks are smallerThe brushrolls are not as powerfulThe design of the unit means even though it goes flat, it is too tall to fit under most cabinets or sofas.Self clean and heat drying do not work well. It takes over 4 hours to dry the brushroll.As a vacuum it is terrible because it doesn’t have any space to pick up debris.WORSE is Amazon does not accept any returns outside of the return window even if it’s a day late AND warranty service for roborock is non responsive. I can’t even reach anyone at roborock

Title: Lots of maintenance just to vacuum.

Review: Works well but there’s a lot of maintenance that comes with this vacuum. Once finished vacuuming, you’ll need to clean and empty the dirty water and dirt from the collection container, as well as clean and dry the actual roller. Additionally, there’s a small gap between the roller and vacuum that will need to be cleaned otherwise dirt and dust will collect and clog up the machine.Too much work. If you just want to quickly vacuum up a spot perhaps just don’t use the wet function.I don’t know. If I could do it over I’d go with a different vacuum

Title: Amazed at how well this works!

Review: I bought this to replace my N8+ robot because my living room just has too much stuff (cat toys, cords, etc.) which requires 20 minutes of pickup before using the robot.For the first time ever (and I have owned other wet/dry vacuums from a competitor..) I do not have to do anything including pre-vacuuming. As I am moving this mop I just move the cat debris out of the way with my foot.This roborock is very well designed you can tilt it flat to the floor and not worry about leakage and actually it uses so little water to clean that I was afraid it was not working but now after four separate house cleanings (approx 1000 sq ft parquet and vinyl and multiple cats) It has worked perfectly every time.The water efficiency is amazing. I can clean the entire house and the floor definitely gets wet. The built in headlight is good for seeing that but when done there is still half a tank of water and the dirty water tank is maybe 1/3 full. It is really efficient .The dirty water tank is very easy to clean and the self cleaning/drying function has worked perfectly.It takes me less time to use this on the whole house than it took me to just pre-clean for the robot..TL;DR; So far very pleased with the functionality, usability and performance of this vacuum mop. Def worth the money to get so much time back.

Title: Working great so far

Review: It’s definitely worth the price! I’ve been using it for a week now and so far I’m very happy with how well it works. I like that the power wheel helps it move so smoothly that I don’t have to push hard at all. The strong suction power picks up whatever dirt/hair on the ground nicely. It also gets into edges and under furniture really well, picking up dirt in those spots. I also like the self-cleaning and drying function which makes maintenance a lot easier (especially no need to empty dust container which always makes me sneeze). It is a perfect combo with the Q Revo robot vacuum/mop that I already have at home.

Review: I purchased this vacuum three weeks ago. The vacuum I initially received was defective. It kept telling me to lock the head even though the head was locked in place. Also, it didn’t charge even though I placed it on the dock. I immediately contacted Roborock customer service, and they sent me a shipping label for the return. It took two weeks for the entire process for them to send me a replacement.Now, I received a new vacuum just yesterday. It says I need to place it on the dock even though it is already on the dock. Again, it is defective with the same issue. They have serious quality control issues with this particular product, considering this vacuum cost over $500. I have never experienced this with their robot vacuums.I hope my review helps people who are considering buying this vacuum. I requested a refund because I don’t believe the quality of this product is worth the price. Please be aware of this. It may not be worth it.

Ya no encendía ni la pantalla ni la aspiradora. Ahora tengo una aspiradora que no sirve y Amazon me pide devolverla pero que yo pague envío… ¡el cual cuesta 11,200 pesos debido a que debe mandarse al centro de atención de Roborock en las Vegas! O sea, el precio completo de la aspiradora. Debí haber atendido a la malas reseñas que tiene la aspiradora en internet. Completamente arrepentida de haberla comprado.Nota adicional: Después de contactar por teléfono del servicio a cliente de Amazon, me reembolsaron el costo de la aspiradora porque estaba dentro de los 30 días de garantía.
